This Privacy Policy explains how 3FIVE8 TECHNOLOGIES FZCO ("ADDA", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website. It complements the Privacy Policy section of our Terms of Service, which continues to govern use of the ADDA products and services. Where this website notice and the Terms describe the same subject, the Terms remain the governing legal document.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognise the need for appropriate protection and management of any personal information collected through the website. Information is processed fairly and lawfully, obtained only for specified and lawful purposes, kept adequate and relevant to that purpose, and not kept longer than required for that purpose.

2. Information you voluntarily provide

You can browse this website without submitting any personal information. If you choose to complete a form on the website — for example to request a demo or contact our team — we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and to provide information about our products and services.

3. HubSpot as our form provider

The contact form on this website is embedded from HubSpot, which acts as our form and customer-relationship provider. When you submit the form, the details you enter are transmitted to and stored in our HubSpot account so our team can follow up. The form also uses reCAPTCHA Enterprise, and HubSpot's infrastructure provider Cloudflare may apply bot-management protection, to prevent spam and abuse. We do not run HubSpot's website visitor-tracking script on this site.

4. Technical information and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — for example which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, and general device, browser and approximate location information. This information is generally used in aggregate to improve the website. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no analytics cookies are created, unless you accept the Analytics & Marketing category.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and similar browser technologies are used both for necessary website functionality and, with consent, for analytics and campaign measurement. Full details of each category are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Campaign (UTM) attribution

If you arrive at the website from a marketing campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link (source, medium, campaign, term and content) may be stored in your browser and associated with an enquiry you later submit, so that we can understand which campaigns are useful. This storage only happens after you accept the Analytics & Marketing category, and it is cleared if you withdraw that consent.

7. Third-party service providers

  • HubSpot — embedded contact forms and enquiry management.
  • Google — Google Analytics (with consent), Google Fonts, and reCAPTCHA for form security.
  • Cloudflare — bot management applied to the embedded form infrastructure.

These providers process information on the basis of their own terms and privacy notices in addition to our arrangements with them.

8. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures intended to protect information submitted through the website against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including the anti-spam and bot-protection measures described above.

9. Your choices

  • You can browse the website without submitting personal information.
  • You can accept or reject optional Analytics & Marketing technologies when you first visit.
  • You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the link in the website footer.
  • You can delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

10. Withdrawing consent and contacting us

You may withdraw consent, or ask questions about this notice and the information we hold, by writing to legal@3five8.com. Requests are handled in line with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement sections of our Terms of Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website and the technologies it uses change. The current version is always available at this address.
